Century 21 Real Estate recently announced that it has been named one of Training Magazine’s Top 125 companies for excellence in training and development programs. This marks the tenth time in the last 12 years that CENTURY 21 Real Estate has earned this prestigious recognition.

Now in its 14th year, the Training Top 125 ranking is based on a myriad of benchmarking statistics such as total training budget; percentage of payroll; number of training hours per employee program; goals, evaluation, measurement, and workplace surveys; hours of training per employee annually; and detailed formal programs.
“Training magazine looked at a number of qualitative and quantitative factors, including our financial investment in franchisee development, the scope of our development programs, and how closely such development efforts are linked to the business goals and objectives of our brokers,” added Sexton. “While we are thrilled by this news, our goal moving forward will be to continue to expand both our classroom and online offerings and leverage some of the best training that the industry has to offer in support of the CENTURY 21 family.” The rankings for the 125 leading organizations will be unveiled during an awards gala during the Training 2014 Conference & Expo, to be held February 3-5 in San Diego.
