Prudential Network Realty announces leadership changes at its Fleming Island and Mandarin branch offices.

Prudential Network Realty’s Linda Benson, a top producer who has been based in the Avondale office, is the new branch manager at the company’s Fleming Island office. Prudential Network Realty Broker/Manager Rebecca Stoneback, a seasoned real estate professional who has taken the Fleming Island office to new heights, will now manage the company’s office in Mandarin.

“Linda and Rebecca are extremely talented leaders and we are pleased to announce these changes,” said Prudential Network Realty Founder, President and CEO Linda H. Sherrer. “Linda’s strength is business and relationship building, and she is honored to work with Fleming Island’s best Realtors. Rebecca has been an integral part of our organization for 10 years, has created an unbeatable team in Fleming Island and is excited to repeat her success in Mandarin.”

Since joining Prudential Network Realty’s Avondale office, Benson has achieved significant success as a top listing and selling Realtor. She has demonstrated an ability to cultivate strategic relationships and facilitate negotiations to achieve goals. Prior to joining Prudential Network Realty, Benson served in leadership positions for more than 15 years in the software solutions and services industry. She is a graduate of Florida State College of Jacksonville.

Stoneback has been with Prudential Network Realty for nearly 10 years and has served as Broker/Manager of the Fleming Island office in Clay County, one of the fastest-growing areas of Northeast Florida, for the past six years. Stoneback is well known as an excellent real estate coach and a dedicated professional who enjoys helping others achieve their real estate goals.

“We are thrilled to have Linda and Rebecca take on these new roles,” said Christy Budnick, executive vice president of residential real estate, Prudential Network Realty. “Their experience, success and passion for helping others reach their highest potential will benefit our current associates, new team members and most importantly, our customers, as our company continues to grow.”
