Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, the new real estate brokerage network operated by HSF Affiliates LLC, recently announced that Prudential Serls Prime Properties has joined the brand and is operating as Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Hudson Valley Properties.

The brokerage, one of the Hudson Valley’s largest, joins a growing roster of affiliates that have joined the network since September. Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices now accounts for more than 22,000 agents and nearly 600 offices in 26 states.

“Our transition to Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices is a wonderful opportunity for our company, agents and clients,” says Steven Domber, president and principal broker of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Hudson Valley Properties. “We enjoyed tremendous success in the Hudson Valley for the past 35 years and built our company into the perennial market leader. We’re delighted to launch a new era under Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices and look forward to years of continued growth, providing exceptional service.”

Steven and Debbie Domber, the brokerage’s director of marketing, commemorated their new brand today and unveiled Hudson Valley Properties’ new yard sign during an agent event at Dutchess Golf Club in Poughkeepsie, NY. The Dombers discussed the company’s bright future under the new brand and how Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices will change the local real estate market.

Debbie Domber added that the brand will help Hudson Valley Properties continue to achieve its growth aspirations. “We believe homebuyers and sellers will embrace Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, a brand inspired by Warren Buffett’s world-renowned Berkshire Hathaway organization,” she says. “Likewise, top agents will want to represent this prestigious brand as it’s built for success on a foundation of integrity, stability and longevity.”

Stephen Phillips, president of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, welcomed Hudson Valley Properties to the brand. “Steven and Debbie Domber are visionary leaders and their company is a pillar of strength in its region,” he says. “We’re delighted Hudson Valley Properties is going forward as a member of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices.”

With the transition, Hudson Valley Properties’ associates gain access to a robust real estate technology platform, ongoing business consultation, professional education, marketing support and more. Hudson Valley Properties’ new “Cabernet and Cream” yard signs will begin appearing everywhere throughout the Hudson Valley today.
