Prudential Select Properties Promotes Gretchen Adams to Vice President of Select University

RISMEDIA, February 10, 2014–Prudential Select Properties, a provider of residential real estate services to the Greater St. Louis region, is pleased to announce the promotion of Gretchen Adams as she becomes Vice President of Select University, the company’s new training and education initiative.

Adams had been the manager of Prudential Select Properties’ Clayton office since it opened its doors last January.

The new goal for Adams is to help others learn about and cultivate their real estate careers.

“Making this decision required a huge change and a lot of self-honesty for what was best in the future growth of our career development at Select University,” said Adams. “My vision is to create a specialized, goal-oriented, and fun atmosphere in which to learn and grow real estate careers. I am truly excited about this new endeavor!”

Adams, who graduated from William Woods University with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, has worked with Prudential Select Properties since 2005. She also has three years of experience as an office trainer with PSP and is a former employee of RE/MAX prior to joining the Prudential Select team.

Adams also has experience in advertising, marketing, and sales with the Home Builders Association, and she serves on the St. Louis Association of Realtors Grievance Committee.

The team at Prudential Select Properties welcomes Gretchen to their home office and wishes her great success in her new position.

Select University is PSP’s newest endeavor in training and education those who want to grow their real estate careers. The vision at Select University is to create and maintain a creative learning environment with current company education and to expand the company’s scope of services to real estate pre-licensing, comprehensive online education, and extensive career development.

Formed in 2002, Prudential Select Properties has 10 offices in the St. Louis Metropolitan area, representing over 500 agents. They specialize in St. Louis, St. Louis County, St. Charles, Jefferson County, and Lincoln County real estate, and they strive to find their customers the best homes for sale in the Greater St. Louis area.
