Realogy Holdings Corp., a global leader in real estate franchising and provider of real estate brokerage, relocation and settlement services, announced the winner of Realogy’s 2013 Diversity & Inclusion Award at an all-employee town hall meeting on Feb. 6 at its corporate headquarters in Madison, N.J. Ken Eng, director, supplier outsource management from subsidiary Cartus, is the recipient of the award the highest award honoring diversity efforts among all Realogy employees.
Eng is credited for his work on the Cartus Global Diversity & Inclusion Council as well as on the local diversity council at the Cartus headquarters location in Danbury, Conn.
“Ken Eng is involved in nearly all diversity initiatives that Cartus undertakes, and was the driving force behind the Veterans Day Wall of Honor event that was ultimately leveraged across all of Realogy’s business units,” says Robert Burns, chairman of the Realogy Diversity & Inclusion Council, when he presented the award.
“I am deeply honored and humbled to be recognized for this award,” says Eng. “I would like to thank Realogy and Cartus for creating an environment where employees from diverse backgrounds can come together to create experiences and programs that stay with people long after the programs are over.”
Finalists for the Realogy Diversity & Inclusion Award were selected from the annual diversity and inclusion award recipients at each of Realogy’s business units:

· Doug Lucas, recipient of the 2013 Realogy Franchise Group Diversity & Inclusion Award
· Mikkie McGregor-Cogan, recipient of the 2013 Title Resource Group Diversity & Inclusion Award
· Nick Renda, recipient of the 2013 Realogy Corporate Services Diversity & Inclusion Award
This is the third annual Realogy Diversity & Inclusion Award. Prior winners have included Carrie Ballone of Realogy Corporate Services in 2012, and David Birnbaum of the Realogy Franchise Group in 2011.
