Zillow, Inc. recently announced that the NY State Multiple Listing Service has joined the Zillow® Partnership Platform, which sends MLS data directly to Zillow as often as every 15 minutes, ensuring that current, active listings always are up to date, correct and in sync with the MLS data.
NY State MLS listings will be seen across the Yahoo!-Zillow Real Estate Network, the largest real estate network on the web, as well as on Zillow’s popular suite of mobile apps, HotPads™ and Zillow partners AOL Real Estate and HGTV®’s FrontDoor™. NY State MLS’s more than 10,000 members are participating in the program.
