‘Here We Grow Again’: Kelly Oakes Promoted to Supervisor Property Management Northwest/Central Region with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Realty

RISMEDIA, May 1, 2014–Kelly Oakes has recently been promoted to Supervisor Property Management Northwest/Central Region with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Realty. The announcement was made by Rei L. Mesa, President, C.E.O., Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Realty.

Oakes will be responsible for overseeing and strategically growing the property management and rental division for the company in the Sarasota, Manatee, and Orlando Regions.  She will report directly to Elaine Glandon, V.P. North West Central Region with a dotted line to June Prophet, Rental Division Manager based in Marco Island.  She brings more than 15 years of real estate, management, and marketing experience. Prior to joining Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Realty, she was with Prudential Palms, Prudential Lakewood Ranch Realty, and Coldwell Banker and proved to be a valuable asset within those organizations.
