This recognition is given to anyone who achieves a sales volume of over $15 million. The team passed the qualification with flying colors as they had sold over $51 million in real estate.

The real estate team is located in St. Charles, Mo., and isn’t new to receiving awards. Last year, they received the Real Estate Agents of the Year Award from the Home Builders Association. They have also been the recipients of the Top Agent Award, an important recognition that they have now received four years in a row from www.STLtoday.com, as voted on by the public.
Linda Boehmer is a licensed realtor and is recognized as a broker and salesperson by the state of Missouri. She partners with Kelly Boehmer as team leaders for the Boehmer Team and has over 15 years of experience in home sales. She is also a member of the HBA and is recognized as a Certified Marketing Professional, Master Certified New Home Sales Person, and Member of the Institute of Residential Marketing.
Kelly Boehmer, the other half of the team leaders for the Boehmer Team, is also a licensed realtor and has over 13 years of experience in selling new construction for local homebuilders and assisting buyers in building the perfect home for their current and future needs. She is also involved in the HBA and is recognized as a Certified Marketing Professional and Master Certified New Home Sales Person with the National Association of Homebuilders and is New Construction Certified through Prudential Select Properties.
SCCAR is a group that was formed in 1946. The group is the largest trade association in St. Charles County, serving approximately 2,000 realtors and affiliate members. The association provides its members with the education, tools, and services that they need to serve their customers and clients. The Association is a very active supporter of the neighborhoods and communities that they serve.
