RE/MAX Gateway offers The NEW Agent Training Program

RE/MAX Gateway recently announced the offering of The NEW Agent, a fully inclusive instructional course created specifically for RE/MAX Gateway beginning on July 7, 2014. Supporting real estate agents throughout Northern Virginia, course participation is open to all agents, regardless of brokerage affiliation. Developed by industry expert Scott MacDonald and Broker Success Kit®, this three-week course is specifically designed to help real estate agents build a fundamentally sound business, develop habits, attitude and skills they need to serve buyers and sellers at a deeper level, and learn the practical applications necessary for a real estate agent.

Facilitated by MacDonald, broker/owner/president of RE/MAX Gateway, The NEW Agent training is delivered personally by MacDonald and other real estate professionals, who teach participants the principles, strategies and how-to’s they need for the multi-faceted career of real estate. In addition to lecture content, classroom time is devoted to group discussion and brain storming, practicing critical thinking skills to better serve homebuyers and sellers throughout Northern Virginia.

Throughout the program, students complete action steps that help them apply the principles the have learned. The expected result from The NEW Agent is that each participant will have gained an overall understanding of the multi-dimensional aspects of a real estate transaction and career, and feel empowered with the necessary skills to build a successful real estate business for Northern Virginia renters, landlords, buyers, and sellers.
