Cline has more than 30 years of experience in the real estate industry and joined the company in 2002. A dedicated Broker/Manager with a wealth of knowledge and skill, he is well known for his upbeat and interactive style. Cline is an outstanding coach and mentor, and has created a culture in which agents are supported with individualized coaching as well as ongoing training and education. Over the years, REALTORS® that have worked beside him have consistently earned some of the highest productivity numbers in the marketplace.

Cline’s real estate career began in Virginia Beach, where he was a top producer before his advancement to sales manager. He continued to excel and was recruited by a large national real estate organization to be the franchise director of its Mid-Atlantic region. After relocating to Northeast Florida and joining the company formerly known as Prudential Network Realty, Don helped launch the company’s Fleming Island office before joining the Beaches office as Broker/Manager. During his career, he has earned numerous certifications including Certified Broker-Coach and Certified Real Estate Negotiator.
