The firm, which will do business as Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Emerald Coast, is the newest brokerage to be added to the brand’s franchise network nationally, and the second affiliate in Florida to join the franchise in the past month.
The brokerage is led by owner and president John Holahan, who leveraged his extensive sales and marketing background to become a top-producing real estate sales professional in the area.
