Central Coast Realty Group, Inc (CCRG), a leading independent real estate brokerage covering California’s central coast region, announced today the launch of the company’s rebranding campaign.

The unveiling of a new brand name, company logo and refocus on the firm’s priority as a locally run brokerage comes after a long-standing history of success as a previously franchised company. Erny Pinckert, co-founder and President of CCRG, stated, “We thought it best to take advantage of the opportunity presented when our Prudential franchise expires at the end of October.”  In his over 30 years in real estate, Pinckert has run both franchise and non-franchise companies.

“Our new brand was developed under a directive to convey the depth of experience our firm possesses through the collective makeup of our sales associates and entire team company wide,” says Eric Pinckert, co-founder and COO of CCRG. He continues, “We went through an exhaustive exercise in search of the right image we felt would reflect our values as well as our deep roots in the local communities here along the central coast.”

Now recognized as ‘Central Coast Realty Group’, the agency’s name reinforces their commitment to the local community. With future expansions on the horizon, CCRG now fully operates as a boutique agency with multiple locations on California’s central coast. As the main priority, the firm will continue to provide unsurpassed services to their valued clients.

Erny Pinckert emphasized the firm’s values, saying, “Since our founding we have been working towards the goal of bringing a truly local, independently owned brokerage to the central coast that would provide our sales associates the advantage of a first class suite of services without the constraints of a franchised agency and we are thrilled to have realized this goal.”
