Century 21 Real Estate Caps off 2014 with a Dozen Advertising and Marketing Award Wins

CENTURY 21 Real Estate has announced it has earned a dozen advertising and marketing awards in 2014 for its innovative real-time social and digital marketing initiatives. The brand’s award-winning campaigns, coupled with its Social Xchange suite of tools and technologies announced last March, have served together as a great springboard to further the social media efforts of its System members, the company stated.

“The acts of building relationships and nurturing your sphere of influence has undergone a significant shift over the last few years,” said Rick Davidson, president and chief executive officer of Century 21 Real Estate LLC. “Social media has been a great catalyst to facilitate more business opportunities for our affiliated brokers and agents.”

In an effort to reach a younger demographic of home buyers and sellers in an original and culturally relevant way, CENTURY 21 Real Estatecreated shareable social media moments via a mix of content—photos, memes and videos—across the brand’s popular social channels including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Google+, Instagram and Pinterest.

“Real-time marketing or online content that is relevant to a specific current event or cultural happening enables our System members to start more conversations with consumers,” added Mike Callaghan, vice president of marketing, Century 21 Real Estate LLC. “Whether it’s creating a series of short, non-rhyming Valentine’s Day Poems, scaring Garden Gnomes, or showcasing C21® Landing Pads for flying robo-copters for home deliveries, our digital content strategy is designed to help affiliated sales associates engage today’s online consumer with fun, attention-grabbing social creative.”
