ReferralExchange Processes 50,000 Outbound Referrals in Less Than One Year of Operations

ReferralExchange, the real estate referral business network, has announced a major milestone of 50,000 referrals placed into the service since officially launching just six months ago. The company now has thousands of agents active in the service and also has several corporate partnerships in place.

ReferralExchange was built to take the hassle and uncertainty out of the referral process for real estate professionals who want to place clients with other quality agents, build a source of passive income, or profit from prospects they choose not to handle themselves.

ReferralExchange handles the entire process—from initial lead follow-up to managing all paperwork and processing, to guaranteeing that agents get paid a 25% referral fee when a deal closes.  Agents who qualify for membership can place referrals into the service immediately and become eligible to receive referrals after one closed transaction.

“When we created ReferralExchange we knew success would depend on three things: a quality network of agents, smart use of data and, most importantly, great customer service,” said Scott Olsen, Referral Exchange’s CEO. “Referrals can’t happen seamlessly without those ingredients, so we combined advanced data science with a team of licensed referral coordinators to take make the entire process as easy as possible for our member agents. Reaching this milestone is a validation of that original mandate.”

When the sending agent places a client, contact or prospect into ReferralExchange, proprietary predictive data technology using neural networks finds the three other agents best qualified to serve that client. A licensed referral coordinator then guides the referral through the sales process, making sure that the sending agent, receiving agent and consumer experience is easy and seamless. At closing, ReferralExchange pays the sending agent a 25% referral fee—guaranteed.

“By being a member of ReferralExchange, I can help connect clients with quality agents in other markets across the country,” says Dana Phillips, an agent with Phillips & Associates in San Antonio, Texas.  “If an agent isn’t a member of ReferralExchange, they’re missing out on extra income and a strong referral source for all of their clients.”
