Engaging in Stealth Mode: How Real Pro Systems Helps Attract and Incubate Leads

There’s nothing better than a great business partner. They split the workload, offer invaluable insight and advice, and always have the business’ best interests at heart, because it’s their business, too. What is stealth website lead generation? It’s a way of using a simple, non-branded, searchable site to garner leads. When a potential client visits a stealth website, they are looking for either “Homes in my area” or “What is my home worth” and they are required to provide their email in exchange for information, be it a home search or a request form to receive a CMA. Once the potential buyer’s or seller’s information is received, Real Pro Systems integrates it into an automatic follow-up system that sends the agent a notification and enrolls the registrant into an appropriate drip email campaign. This campaign sends out a series of well-written, custom-branded messages, introducing your branding to the prospect, positioning you as the voice of authority on all things real estate.

Inspired by the ingenuity of stealth website lead generation, Handley spent six months trying to cobble together a workable system himself before he found out Real Pro Systems offered the service, and with that, he was sold.

“When I first talked to Real Pro Systems, after spending six months trying to do it myself, I think I threw a party because it was so easy,” Handley says. “It just made so much sense.”

Handley stresses how Real Pro Systems allowed him to generate leads while still having time to handle other assets of his business, because at the end of the day, real estate is a people-to-people business. “You can’t sit behind a computer all day; you have to integrate to allow yourself the time to do one-on-one things with your clients.”

While the biggest selling point for Handley came in the form of Real Pro Systems’ stealth generation capabilities, he goes on to explain that the program’s website design capabilities were also alluring. In today’s tech-savvy world, a streamlined, interactive, IDX-integrated website is an obvious must-have for agents, yet most lack the knowledge or technical skill to build one themselves. “When I go on a listing presentation and show my website, I almost always get the listing because my website is so integrated,” explains Handley. Showing clients that you’re technologically savvy helps instill a certain level of trust regarding your being the right agent for the job.

However, your website shouldn’t stop at showcasing your savvy tech skills and the homes you’re selling; it should be a part of your money-making system, one that you can control and analyze. The drip email campaigns also help keep you connect with clients and potential future clients with minimal effort. For larger teams, smart routing of leads and pipeline management help keep everyone focused and organized.

“In the real estate business, you get bombarded with people trying to sell you the silver bullet, or the one thing that’s going to make a significant impact on your business,” says Handley. “I don’t believe in silver bullets.
