CENTURY 21® Real Estate has chosen Hootsuite, the world’s most widely used social relationship platform, to enhance its social media strategy and provide a center of excellence for social selling. The solution, launched as C21® “Social for Business”, is comprised of Hootsuite Enterprise combined with custom integrations and services.

The C21® “Social for Business” platform empowers C21 affiliated brokers and sales professionals to manage multiple social media networks from a single online dashboard. Through the C21 Social Plugin, system members may access and schedule their social media content on the world’s largest social networks including Facebook, Google+, Linkedin, Twitter and WordPress, among others. In addition, the platform will offer customized suggested content and access to a content library of graphics provided at the brand and individual brokerage levels.

“The collaboration with Hootsuite is another marketing differentiator for our brand,” says Mike Callaghan, vice president of Brand Marketing, Century 21 Real Estate LLC. “This customized solution will help our global affiliated sales professionals stand out with consumers, and build stronger online relationships by providing a continuous drumbeat of relevant social media content designed to help generate business opportunities.”

In addition, C21 UniversitySM in collaboration with Hootsuite has developed five customized learning modules specifically designed to help real estate professionals learn the best-practices for social selling. By taking these courses, sales associates may earn the CENTURY 21 – Hootsuite Social Selling Certificate, a certificate for social selling mastery in real estate.

“We’re thrilled to welcome CENTURY 21 as a Hootsuite Enterprise client,” says Ryan Holmes, CEO of Hootsuite. “Buying and selling real estate is now happening personally, digitally, and in real-time. With our collaboration, CENTURY 21 is delivering on a powerful vision of empowering their affiliated agents to connect with the new generation of homebuyers in an innovative and modern way.”
