RISMEDIA, February 1, 2015–Awards were presented at McColly Real Estate’s Eighth Annual Performance Plus Breakfast at Innsbrook Country Club on Thursday, January 29, 2015.
Ron McColly gave a detailed overview of the program and of Berkshire-Hathaway A and B stocks, which is where the money is invested. (Berkshire-Hathaway co-founders are Warren Buffett and Charlie Munger. Due to their unique managerial style, stocks have grown on average 12% per year.) Bonus checks totaling $391,714 were distributed to those McCOLLY Real Estate participants who qualified based on production in the calendar year 2009.
The Performance Plus Bonus Program is a tax-deferred program for Associates of McCOLLY Real Estate who meet the terms and conditions of the Program. The purpose of the Program is to further long term relationships by offering long term incentives to those people who are loyal and are largely responsible for the company growth.
Other companies may talk of “revenue sharing”, but only McCOLLY Real Estate truly cares about the long-term futures of their sales associates by creating the industry’s first program that is similar to a 401(k) plan.
