Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Realty Agents List Largest Waterfront Estate in Aventura

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Realty sales professionals Denise Rubin and Lori Prepszent from The Denise Rubin Group recently listed the largest waterfront estate for sale in Aventura for $6,900,000.

This unique 10,000 square foot estate property—19565 NE 37th Ave Aventura, FL 33180—is located in the luxury gated community of Turnberry Townhomes which is only five minutes to Houses of Worship, upscale shops, specialty boutiques, and gourmet restaurants.
