Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC recently unveiled its first list of top affiliated real estate professionals under the age 30 who have achieved early success in sales, philanthropy and leadership. The Coldwell Banker® brand’s 30 Under 30 were chosen from the Coldwell Banker network’s 86,000 independent real estate professionals affiliated with approximately 3,100 offices in 43 countries. This group of real estate professionals honors the heritage of founders, Colbert Coldwell and later Arthur Banker, who started their company at 24 and 28 years old, respectively.

The list included real estate agents, managers, broker owners and key staff members, and is highlighted by:
Hillary Hertzberg, Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate, Miami Beach, Fla.: The 28-year-old is part of The Jills®, the top Coldwell Banker affiliate team in the world. She participated in 105 transaction sides in 2014 totaling $12 million in sales volume. The New York University graduate is the daughter of The Jills co-founder Jill Hertzberg. She is joined on the list by Julian Cohen from South Beach, the only office in the Coldwell Banker system with more than one representative on the 30 Under 30 list.
Danielle Moy, Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, Orland Park, Ill.: The Coldwell Banker President’s Premier Award winner is already in the top one percent of all Coldwell Banker affiliated sales professionals. The 29-year-old former Western Illinois tennis player closed 135 transactions in 2014 and also owns six investment properties.
Camden Schutte, Coldwell Banker Koetje, Oak Harbor, Wash.: The 28-year-old is the only office manager on the list. 22 independent agents are affiliated with this office, and he helped his company become the first Coldwell Banker affiliated company to launch the new Zap platform. He is a graduate of Western Washington University.
