Devra Tousley adds that by being able to instantly and accurately merge the data found in the MLS listing into the necessary zipForm documents, the team can have a set of offer documents completed within just a few minutes.

“In the past, before this technology was available, it took 30+ minutes to write an offer,” says Devra Tousley. “Now it can be done within one to two minutes.” In fact, the pair marvels on the occasion when they see a handwritten offer or contract. “We know that the REALTOR® simply doesn’t know how much easier it is to use zipFormMLS-Connect®.”

zipLogix has also made its various technology products available via mobile devices, which is vital to being successful in today’s real estate environment, enabling real estate professionals to instantly respond to clients’ needs.
