Anne Marie DeCatsye

Anne Marie DeCatsye, CEO of Canopy REALTOR® Association and Canopy MLS, has long been an advocate for diversity, equity and inclusion. In 2023, she expanded Canopy’s diversity and inclusion initiatives. In addition, DeCatsye collaborated with three other CEOs to create the new Southeast MLS Alliance and was a featured panelist at several events.

“Knowledge is power, but sharing knowledge and opportunity is empowering. As a child of REALTORS®, I know firsthand how hard our members work to help their clients find a home, the American Dream. I want to make sure that in my position, everything we do is geared toward making sure our members have the education, services and tools they need to succeed.

“Having our organization reflect the diversity of our membership makes us a stronger organization. Diversity and inclusion have been a priority for Canopy for so long that it is just part of our culture. For that, I am probably most proud,” says DeCatsye.
