As the operational leader of one of the San Francisco Bay Area’s largest brokerages, Aboumrad launched and hosted multiple initiatives designed to help agents stay ahead of legal, contractual and market changes.
Among the year’s most impactful efforts was the 2025 Real Estate Legal Update, a program centered on helping agents understand evolving contract forms and avoid transaction pitfalls. Aboumrad also introduced The Monthly Kick-Off and Legacy Live! Tuesdays, ongoing educational forums focused on success strategies, best practices and the highest and best use of both new and existing real estate forms. Together, these programs drew more than 100 agents, empowering them to proactively navigate industry changes with confidence.
