As the president & CEO of Engel & Völkers Americas, Anthony Hitt leads the brand vision, strategy and expansion of the firm, drawing upon its rich European history to deliver a fresh approach to luxury real estate.
In 2018, Hitt and his team led the network to a 32 percent increase in sales volume and a 44 percent increase in new GCI for the Americas year-over-year, with new shops opening in some of the most desirable locations in the western hemisphere. According to Hitt, this growth stemmed from focusing on the company’s strengths.

Prior to joining the Engel & Völkers executive team in 2014, Hitt was a top agent with Sotheby’s International Realty in Los Angeles and closed approximately 400 real estate sales transactions amounting to nearly half a billion dollars in eight years. He spent several years in brokerage management and traveled across the U.S. educating agents via his authored training course. He has authored several books to share his advice for success in business and in life with others.
