Brad Bjelke

During Brad Bjelke’s tenure as CEO, he has grown UtahRealEstate.com from a membership of less than 9,000 to nearly 20,000 members today. Approximately 96% of all Utah REALTORS® are members of UtahRealEstate.com and it continues to be recognized as one of the top MLSs in the country. Bjelke also helped form MLS Aligned, a leading MLS think tank and technical organization.

In 2022, UtahRealEstate.com worked to be one of the first MLSs to roll out the newly built Aligned Showings platform to its members. In addition, UtahRealEstate.com’s public facing website of the MLS, has grown from being a small locally run website, to now one of the powerhouse real estate sites in the state of Utah, which has approximately 8 million unique visitors each year.
