Brian Donnellan, president & CEO of Bright MLS, worked to provide consistency after the residential real estate market shut down because of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Donnellan knew that it would be necessary to use technology and quickly change rules and regulations to keep the real estate market in the Mid-Atlantic region, where Bright MLS operates, from grinding to a halt.
