The Coldwell Banker Gen Blue Network of 92,000 agents sells $148 million per day in transactions worth over $1 million, and has an average sales price 14 percent above the National Association of REALTOR®’s national average. Under Young’s guidance, the Gen Blue event, which brings together industry leaders, doubled its attendance.
Young is also leading Coldwell Banker through significant changes. This year, the company launched CBx Seller Leads, which uses predictive analytics and machine learning to analyze markets, target customers and help agents create data-driven marketing plans.
Young empowers employees to reach their full potential by using Realogy resources, offering educational courses and promoting diversity through initiatives such as The Coldwell Banker Women in Leadership program. He has created task forces to address employee feedback and make sure that everyone has a voice.
