In 2021, Cleve Gaddis rocked the real estate industry by creating the 120 Day Listing Challenge to help real estate professionals understand how to best impact their local, state and national economy by bringing new listings to the market in creative ways.

His creative mind and thought leadership paved the way to creating virtual content such as open houses and a Master of Virtual Real Estate system that he shared with tens of thousands of agents, brokers and brands, for free.

“I’m honored to have helped agents across the U.S. and Canada think a bit differently about the difficulties of the pandemic and to have inspired many to double-down on their efforts to spur economic growth by bringing new listing inventory to the market,” says Gaddis. 

The 120 Day Listing Challenge has generated over 2,500 new listing appointments, 1,700 new listings and helped hundreds of agents list in markets where there were limited opportunities.
