Throughout his career, Darryl Davis has continuously pushed the boundaries of real estate coaching and innovation.

In 2024, Davis led the expansion of the NAR Lawsuit Resource Hub to help real estate agents navigate the complexities of the NAR lawsuit and its implications on the industry, and launched the POWER AGENT® Success Magazine: NAR Lawsuit edition. Davis also hosted an NAR masterclass live event in Long Island—a full-day training session to unlock the keys to navigating the new real estate reality post-settlement.

Davis also released Digital Darryl™ in 2024, the first-of-its-kind AI-powered on-demand real estate coach with 24/7 access. He launched the Public Power Agent Directory, generating tens of thousands of dollars in referral fees for his members.
