David Howell, executive vice president and chief information officer for McEnearney Associates, helped the company navigate a challenging year in 2023. By making smart business moves, McEnearney was able to retain all its staff and grow its agent count at a time when many other companies were laying off employees and cutting back on services.
McEnearney merged with Middleburg Real Estate and Atoka Properties in 2023. That partnership significantly expanded McEnearney’s market presence in the metro D.C. area and added two more brokers to the ownership group.
Howell says he has enjoyed “seeing the personal and professional growth of our agents and staff.
