Always looking to the future, Glass knows that with Move Confidently, brokers and staff are ready to help clients even as the residential real estate market continues to evolve. To build broker education curriculum focused on access, homeownership diversity and building generational wealth, she also coached the company’s training and communications leaders to establish relationships with the Chicago Housing Authority and Freddie Mac.
