Eric Fite

Eric Fite is pushing real estate toward the future through his leadership at CENTURY 21 Judge Fite Company, forging the path for agents to be successful no matter the circumstances.

In 2024, not only did Fite lead the company through five mergers within the span of 10 months, he also led the opening of five offices in Oklahoma City in order to continue to grow the brokerage’s reach. Giving his agents the best resources and experiences, Fite also led the company through the remodeling and moving of multiple office locations throughout the year.

To ensure continued success, Fite led the development of current and future company leadership, and navigated agent training and development on the NAR settlement and practice changes. He also worked to integrate new and evolving technology, and led multiple marketing initiatives.

According to Fite, the most rewarding aspect of his career is “experiencing our unique family culture living and breathing throughout our organization.”
