Fernando Arencibia Jr. reached a historic milestone in 2025, further cementing his influence as a premier voice for both commercial real estate and organized real estate governance. Serving as the 2025 district vice president for Florida Realtors®, Arencibia was elected as the 2026 secretary for the association, joining the leadership team of the largest state real estate organization in the nation. His influence extends to the national stage as the 2025 NAR chair of the Commercial Federal Policy Committee and a longstanding national director.

Arencibia is also a leading educator and media presence; he co-created and hosts the “Between Two Chairs: Demystifying Commercial Real Estate” podcast, which was recently recognized for the second time by CREi as one of the top podcasts in commercial real estate. Whether overseeing the development of MIAMI Realtors®’ new global headquarters or teaching case-study-based commercial courses, Arencibia remains dedicated to the industry’s collaborative spirit.
