Georgia Perez

Over the last eight years, Georgia Perez has been pivotal in the growth of MoxiWorks, the premier open platform in the real estate industry. Through her role as an executive, leading the sales and business development teams, the company grew their client base from one brokerage to 260 brokerages representing more than 240,000 agents, which make up 13% of all transactions in the U.S. Perez brought on the large brokerage clients who became early investors in the tech company, and played a significant role in securing their latest funding round. Throughout her 25-plus-year career in technology, she has applied her skills as a start-up and turnaround expert to lead numerous companies to success.

In addition to her long career in tech, Perez also has carried a real estate license for over a decade. Her knowledge and love of the industry help her create an impact for the brokerages they partner with. “I love to help brokerages and their agents achieve their best potential, allowing them to enhance their business and their lives overall,” says Perez. “I’m incredibly proud of our products and firmly stand behind what we’ve collectively created. I love that I get to be an evangelist for our customers, constantly helping to bridge the gap between our customers’ needs and our product roadmap.”

While Perez is extremely passionate about her role at MoxiWorks, she is equally passionate about lifting up women’s voices in both the real estate and tech industries. The real estate industry is roughly 62% women, but the same is not true for real estate (and technology) leadership. Throughout Perez’s career she has frequently been one of, if not the only, woman on the executive team. She credits one person, who early in her career created a turning point for her, setting her on a path to success. That impact has guided her desire to be that change and a mentor for others. Earlier this year, she shared her message about the ‘Power of One’ at the WomanUP! Conference held in San Diego. Perez truly believes in the power that just one person can have on your life. Perez speaks nationally and is involved in several organizations hoping to inspire others in the industry with her experience.

Perez says, “I’m honored with this recognition and will continue to lead from a place of passion to hopefully inspire others in their journey in this industry and beyond.”
