Gino Blefari kept the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices brand on a steady growth trajectory in 2022. The global brand expanded its footprint in the Southeast with the addition of Cabin & Creek Real Estate in Mississippi, which now operates as Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Cabin & Creek Real Estate. The brand’s global presence also grew, celebrating its first location in Aruba when Homecity Aruba Real Estate became Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Aruba Realty.

Blefari was also a keynote speaker at RISMedia’s CEO & Leadership Exchange last September where he delved into the current state of real estate amid the uncertain economic situation unfolding nationwide. In classic form, Blefari imparted realism and motivation when he addressed the crowd of real estate leaders at the Mayflower Hotel: “You’ve got to be all in and play full out because casualness will create casualties in a shifting market…keep in mind that where there is chaos, there is opportunity.”
