The Jason Mitchell Group, Arizona’s No. 1 real estate team at My Home Group, launched the VA Rewards Program in 2019. Active-duty military members and veterans who buy or sell their home with the Jason Mitchell Group get back 30 percent of the real estate commissions at closing, regardless of purchase or list price. Clients can use those funds to cover mortgage costs or reduce the price with real estate credits.

For veterans selling a home, the company will reduce its commission by 1 percent of the listing price. The firm’s goal is to put $1 million back in the pockets of Arizona veterans.

“If you are an active member of the military or a veteran and you are considering buying or selling a home, our program will provide an incentive that is unmatched in the industry. It’s our way of giving back to those who served,” says Jason Mitchell, president of the Jason Mitchell Group. “It’s very simple: If you are a veteran or in active duty, we are going to save you thousands of dollars.”

Mitchell was the recipient of RISMedia’s National Homeownership Award, sponsored by Quicken Loans, recognizing a member of the real estate community who continuously demonstrates extraordinary contributions toward increasing homeownership and building better communities.

Mitchell was Arizona’s No. 1 producing agent from 2016 to 2018, and his personal production set an Arizona record in 2018. Mitchell is a keynote speaker on real estate and a national real estate consultant. He has been featured in several professional publications and on television and radio. Mitchell’s first book, “Planting the Seed: Understanding the Psychology of Sales,” was published in 2018.
