Never satisfied unless in motion, Jeff Goodman is constantly innovating. In 2021, he took his popular neighborhood walking tours and weekly radio show to new heights. From meeting up with masked groups throughout the city to hosting guests to discuss New York’s hidden gems and history on his broadcast, Goodman continued his efforts, despite the ongoing challenges brought on by the pandemic.
In response to the pandemic, Goodman created live video broadcast programming (on Zoom) of his signature neighborhood tours that also featured illustrated talks on related topics.
“A silver lining in the pandemic for me has been that it provided an opportunity to think about how I could keep my real estate brand fresh, appeal to my sphere of influence and potential customers in ways that I may not have done before, and maybe even be of greater service to people,” says Goodman.
He also set a neighborhood price record in 2021, which featured the sale of a $6.5 million townhouse in Fort Greene, Brooklyn.
