Never satisfied unless in motion, Jeff Goodman is constantly innovating. In 2021, he took his popular neighborhood walking tours and weekly radio show to new heights. From meeting up with masked groups throughout the city to hosting guests to discuss New York’s hidden gems and history on his broadcast, Goodman continued his efforts, despite the ongoing challenges brought on by the pandemic.

He also set a neighborhood price record in 2021, which featured the sale of a $6.5 million townhouse in Fort Greene, Brooklyn.
