Jen Sands and Shannon Steenbruggen are REALTORS® with Coldwell Banker who formed the Windward & Main Realty Group in 2020. Through their extensive marketing and innovative use of technology, they had a successful year, despite the challenges of creating a new team and dealing with COVID-19.

The team takes a fresh approach to negotiations, communication and marketing. During the COVID-19 pandemic, they used monthly newsletters and virtual events to keep clients informed about conditions, provide market insight and spread positivity. They are members of the board of their local REALTOR® association and donate to both Coldwell Banker’s charitable arm and St. Jude’s.
