Stacey Soleil is a master connector who, in 2025, helped redefine how real estate professionals engage with the technology that powers their businesses. During a year of significant industry transition, Soleil led large-scale community and education initiatives for one of the industry’s largest agent networks, guiding adoption through cross-functional collaboration, daily enablement content, and subject-matter-expert–led training programs.

A cornerstone of her work was the creation of a Product Advisory Council, a structured feedback model designed to ensure practitioner insights directly informed product strategy and development cycles. By formalizing advocacy circles and launching power-user forums, Soleil created durable pathways for agent voices to influence innovation in real, measurable ways.

Beyond digital communities, she convened senior technology leaders and practitioners at an national real estate conference in Charleston, facilitating candid, high-level conversations about the future of real estate tools, adoption and trust. A seasoned industry veteran with experience scaling communities and advocacy programs across multiple real estate technology organizations, Soleil is known for pairing empathy with execution and strategy with action.

In 2026, Soleil brings that same philosophy to her role at Cloze, where she is building a next-generation community and consultant ecosystem from the ground up. Her focus now is on empowering advisors, brokers and teams through relationship intelligence, trusted expertise and human-centered systems that strengthen how professionals connect, serve and grow in an increasingly complex industry.
