In 2023, Jennifer Darby Metzger, broker/owner of ERA Justin Realty, led her team through a self-analysis of their diversity, equity and inclusion goals and practices. They identified ways to better serve their increasingly diverse New Jersey community, which is located only eight miles from New York City.

In addition, Darby Metzger purchased a historic building to serve as a new office. The space was renovated and outfitted with modern amenities.
