Jennifer Hupke is a broker associate, and founder of the Hupke Team, with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Brookfield, Wis., serving Milwaukee and five other counties in Southeastern Wisconsin. She has 15 years of experience in real estate.

In September 2018, Hupke hosted a donation drive for Soles4Souls, which collects clothing and shoes and distributes them to those in need worldwide. The drive was held at her son’s school in Waukesha, in collaboration with the principal and PTA president.

As an agent, Hupke has dealt firsthand with what homeowners leave behind when they move—often donatable items that have never been used, or can be reused.

“I recently acquired a home in which they left over 400 shoes,” she says.

The drive’s goal was 1,000 pairs of shoes; the community exceeded that, at 1,040. Soles4Souls is distributing the donations to those in hurricane-impacted regions.
