Josh Stephens

Josh Stephens is the Vice President of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Warren Residential in Boston, Mass. A life-long Massachusetts resident with an educational and professional background in psychology, Stephens joined Berkshire Hathaway in 2013 and was fast identified as an innovator, community developer and advocate.

In 2016, Stephens conceptualized and developed Business Networking International (BNI) Prospect Hill, an organization that connects local business professionals and entrepreneurs, and currently is president of the group. In 2017, Stephens was chosen to serve on the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices national REthink Council, an honored position offer to only 15 agents among thousands of applicants.

In 2018, in response to the #MeToo movement, Stephens helped to champion the #ForHerToo movement, raising funds to help the Creative Action Institute (CAI) in its mission to advance gender equality, particularly in parts of the world where early marriage, sexual and physical abuse happen with immunity.
