As national vice president of The Product Studio for Realogy’s company-owned Coldwell Banker NRT offices, Kacie Ricker oversees the development of new applications to support affiliated sales associates.
In 2019, Ricker’s team launched Listing Concierge, a comprehensive marketing program that offers leading-edge technology and personalized service to provide customized and automated property listing marketing.
According to industry experts and affiliated agents, Listing Concierge has increased productivity and improved service for agents. The team has fulfilled over 30,000 Listing Concierge orders, averages a +72 NPS (considered world-class), and averages 4.94 out of 5 stars in service excellence.
Ricker and her team conduct monthly user testing and research and have hundreds of agents review new and emerging products and supply real-time feedback.
“Our team recognizes how important products and amazing service are for our agents. We are very agent-centric, building products with agents, not for them,” Ricker says. “Just as the business needs of agents vary greatly, so, too, do their needs for technology services and solutions. Our strategy allows agents to work the way they want to work.”
Ricker joined Coldwell Banker NRT in 1999 and has over 20 years of marketing and communications experience. She previously served as regional vice president of marketing for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in its Western Region. She earned a bachelor’s degree in public relations from San Jose State University and lives in Pleasanton, Calif., with her husband, Scott, and her daughters, Sofia and Ava.
