This strategic initiative positioned the firm as the premier destination for an all-inclusive real estate experience, promoting seamless integration across mortgage, title and insurance services. Under her leadership, the brand underwent a significant physical and digital transformation, including a total signage rollout and the successful transition of the Fonville-Morissey sub-brand into the Long & Foster fold.

Wilks further elevated the company’s prestige by launching a new luxury marketing program in partnership with Forbes Global Properties and elite automotive brands like Bentley and Lamborghini. Beyond external branding, she reinvigorated internal culture by leading the Agent Services Group and relaunching the high-impact Gold Team ReCharge conference.
