Katrina Helmkamp

Since 2018, Katrina Helmkamp has served as president and chief executive officer of Cartus and as leader of Realogy’s relocation services segment. In 2021, Helmkamp took on an expanded role as president and CEO of Realogy Leads Group, a dedicated organization within Realogy.

Realogy Leads Group was introduced in 2021 to centralize lead generation programs and to deliver high-quality, high-converting leads to affiliated brokers and agents across its franchise and owned brokerages. Realogy Leads Group connects consumers with highly qualified agents from some of the most recognized national real estate brands.

Helmkamp’s work has created new opportunities for Realogy-affiliated agents, brokers, partners and customers. She has worked to expand existing programs by forging new relationships with mortgage lenders and with Associa, the largest property management company in the real estate industry that serves customers across the United States. Helmkamp’s efforts have led to double-digit growth in referral volume.
