In search of a better way to effectuate the necessary changes needed in the real estate space, Kendall Bonner started her own team in 2021. She and her team believe in using technology, digital marketing and out-of-the-box solutions for problem solving for today’s client. With her self-proclaimed “crystal ball” approach, Bonner uses AI and predictive analysis to target potential leads, and even designed QR code business cards to create a unique digital experience for consumers. 

In addition to taking on a new team with big goals and highlighting technology and new marketing tools and techniques, Bonner and her team were personally selected as partners by Ribbon Home to be the first to launch their program in the Florida market. She believes that this partnership will give her the opportunity to employ more modern mechanisms to benefit customers and head into the new age of this industry.
