Kiesha Curtis is a multi-million-dollar producer with Realty Kings Properties in Houston, specializing in new construction, first-time homebuyers and move-up buyers, as well as customer service, marketing and counseling. A vital influencer of the industry since 2007, Curtis began her real estate career as a sales agent for a national homebuilder before becoming a buyer’s agent.

During Taylor Morrisons’ 2018 Leaders in Real Estate Summit in Atlanta, Curtis was recognized with the Community Leader Award for her contribution to the real estate community and her commitment to Houston residents in the aftermath of the devastation caused by Hurricane Harvey. Curtis played an integral role in helping those who were impacted to register with FEMA.  

She also volunteered with WorkFaith Connection, teaching home-buying classes with Avenue Community Development Corporation, and was elected to the Brazoria County Municipal Utility District 21 board. Curtis also won the Top Producer Awards from the Houston Association of REALTORS® (HAR) and the Sales and Marketing Council in 2016. In 2010, she was recognized as the National No.1 Sales Agent for K. Hovnanian Homes.

Curtis’ Bachelor’s degree in Social Work and Master’s degree in Counseling, as well as her certifications—Military Residential Specialist, Negotiation Expert and Texas Affordable Housing Specialist—give her the unique ability to provide a sincere customer experience that is communicated through her passion for real estate and serving her community.
