As executive vice president at FBS, Kim Prior has been the strategic architect behind the brand’s evolution into a nationally respected technology authority. In 2025, Prior spearheaded the creation and launch of MÁS (Marketing Add-On Services), a first-of-its-kind agency-level marketing solution designed specifically for MLS organizations. MÁS equips MLSs with professional branding, content creation and automated webinar tools, allowing them to scale their member engagement without increasing internal staff. Within its first year, MÁS was adopted by multiple organizations, successfully guiding full-scale rebrands and large-scale communications strategies that strengthened the value these MLSs deliver to their subscribers.
During her 12-year tenure at FBS, Prior has built the company’s marketing function from the ground up, helping nearly double the Flexmls subscriber base while maintaining a consistent 99% customer renewal rate. In 2025, she also drove the expansion of in-product learning experiences and integrated vendor education into the company’s annual Summit.
“Our work reaches beyond the technology itself,” Prior shares. “By innovating and supporting the MLS, we’re equipping agents with the tools they need to better serve their clients.
