Kymber Lovett-Menkiti

In addition to serving as the regional director and divisional leader for Keller Williams Realty, International, Kymber Lovett-Menkiti also serves as the president for The Menkiti Group and Keller Williams Capital Properties. Last year, she was announced as the 2023 broker relations liaison for the National Association of REALTORS®.

In 2022, Lovett-Menkiti launched The Lift As You Climb Scholarship, designed to empower women wanting to launch a career in real estate while covering the first 12-months of fees for their careers. She sits on various boards throughout the industry supporting women in business.

“I’ve certainly seen women rise to the occasion and really lead with feminine leadership. We need this, especially in times of difficulty and uncertainty,” she says. “We need to come together and create these tribes where we feel connected and pour into other women. I live by the mantra ‘lift while you climb.’”
