As chief operating officer of Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC, Liz Gehringer is a conduit for Coldwell Banker affiliates and the global brand. She oversees Coldwell Banker’s field service, operations, learning, talent attraction, international and events teams.
One of Gehringer’s proudest accomplishments of 2019 was being the executive sponsor of Coldwell Banker’s #CBWomen initiative, helping to elevate female voices within the network, supporting current female broker/owners and championing the next generation of female leaders.
“I am committed to ensuring that more and more women at Coldwell Banker see a path to leadership and have the tools and training to realize their professional dreams,” she says.
As COO, Gehringer works to ensure affiliates take advantage of everything the Coldwell Banker brand offers and, in turn, brings feedback from the field to corporate.
“I’m sparking business change at Coldwell Banker by bringing focus to how we deliver service and our brand to our franchisees,” says Gehringer. “I have recently turned my focus from our franchisees to our internal team. I’m working with each member to identify and play to their individual strengths, nurturing personal growth among the best team in real estate. Helping people throughout the company pivot into roles handcrafted to their strengths, as well as our needs, is something I’m proud of.”
A c-suite veteran with several awards, Gehringer previously served as the chief ethics and compliance officer of Realogy, Coldwell Banker’s parent company. Before joining Realogy, she served on the prestigious attorneys’ committee at Porzio Bromberg & Newman.
