Under her direction, Stellar MLS significantly expanded its data-sharing collaboration to connect with some of the largest MLSs in the country, breaking down regional barriers to empower agents with broader access and referral opportunities.

Known for her transformative leadership, Cowen championed the rollout of powerful tools designed to elevate professional value and client service. This included the introduction of IO Reports by Local Logic for hyper-local market intelligence and the deployment of the Rayse platform companywide, which enables agents to transparently track and demonstrate the time and expertise invested in every transaction.
